Boaz embodies the example of how we should treat one another. whether you are taking care of a family member, a neighbor, or a foreigner from another land who has fallen on hard times. (Ruth 2:15-16) When Ruth went back to work again, Boaz ordered his young men, “Let her gather grain right among sheaves without stopping her. And pull out some heads of barley from the bundles and drop them on purpose for her. Let her pick them up and do not give her a hard time.” What was very little to a wealthy man made all the difference to Ruth and Naomi. Something that my be insignificant to you and me could be a blessing for someone else!
