“Joshua (Jehovah is salvation)” by Justin Pearson

Joshua, a protégé of Moses, was a warrior, leader, and courageous.  After the death of Moses, Joshua assumed command/leadership of the children of Israel.  It is sometimes scary or unnerving to take over a ministry after a successful or well like predecessor.  However, Joshua did just that when Jehovah called Moses home.  Joshua led with courage and integrity.  Many times we read in the book of Joshua, “then Joshua commanded.” As men, we can’t be afraid to lead in the home, ministry, or at work.  If you are given a challenging assignment, “BE STRONG AND OF A GOOD COURAGE.” The Lord your God has given you the land.  Act like it, speak like it, and live like it! We are more than conquerors through Christ the Lord!

You might be a protégé today, but your time is coming and the mantle will be passed to you.  Are you going to stand and lead or be a milquetoast man? I choose to stand and lead! We are the King’s Men!

Love you,

Justin
